Terms of service

  1. Orders: an order is accepted once we confirm it with you on WhatsApp/phone. We may cancel orders that can't be confirmed or look fake.
  2. Prices: in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). Delivery is free. Prices and offers may change; the price shown when you order applies.
  3. Payment: Cash on Delivery only.
  4. Delivery: 3–5 working days is an estimate; courier delays, holidays and events outside our control can add time.
  5. Returns: see our No-Returns Policy. No change-of-mind returns; damaged, defective or wrong items reported on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery are replaced.
  6. Refused deliveries: repeatedly refused COD orders may be declined in future.
  7. Products: Garifix is a retailer. We sell products made by other brands (for example SOGO); we are not the manufacturer. Follow the installation instructions; we're not responsible for damage from misuse or mounting on unsuitable surfaces.
  8. Liability: as far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it.
  9. Law: these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
