Shipping policy

Free delivery all over Pakistan. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum.

• Delivery time: usually 3–5 working days after order confirmation (estimate). Remote areas, public holidays or courier delays can add time.
• Order confirmation: we confirm every order on WhatsApp/phone before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.
• Couriers: we ship with PostEx, Insta or TCS. Your tracking number is shared on WhatsApp once dispatched.
• Payment: Cash on Delivery: pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives.
• Inspect on delivery: please inspect the parcel's outer condition before accepting it. Where the courier allows, you may open the parcel in front of the rider. If the parcel looks damaged, note it with the rider and WhatsApp us right away.
